handed over the first donation-ship
The Commander of the recently founded German Command of the Naval Comradeship Vice Admiral Archduke Ferdinand Max, Senior Commander NC CSLI Lothar Gellert handed over the first donation ship to the owner of the restaurant “Centralhof”, located at the seat of the German Command in Lengerich. The German Command wants to support with this campaign the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS).
The owner of the restaurant said, that he hopes that many of his guests would participate in this donation campaign which is a benefit for all those, who travel through the seas.
Another donation-ship shall be placed within the next days in the restaurant where the Shanty choir “Original Osnabrücker Windjammerchor” meets on a weekly basis for their exercises. The German Command works closely together with this choir as the German Commander of the Comradeship is the drummer and singer within this choir.
