The International Lazarus Union announces with great sadness that on 6 December 2020 the Colonel in the Lazarus Union Lithuania
Professor Petras Bingelis
died as a result of the Corona virus Covid 19.
Professor Bingelis was known far beyond the borders of Lithuania as an ambassador of national culture. As Colonel of the Lazarus Union, awarded with the “Commander Cross of Honor of the Lazarus Union for Science, Research and Art”, he played a major role in the development and development of the Lazarus Union in Lithuania.
The Lazarus Union will keep our comrade Petras Bingelis a perpetual memory.
