DSGVO

Dear Members and Friends of the Lazarus Union,

With effect from today, May 25, 2018 the new  Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – General Data Protection Regulation enters into force.

Since we can not personally contact every member personally due to the large number of members and since we are represented in more than 120 countries with different legal systems, we provide all the necessary information in the new DSGVO compliant privacy policy.

Due to the fact that the Lazarus Union is a registered association in Austria, the DSGVO forms are currently only available in German.

You may also inform us informally within 4 weeks from today if you have any objections to the member-specific data storage and data retention of the Lazarus Union. This also applies to a complete deletion of the data. In this case, however, the membership in the Lazarus Union is extinguished, as without a membership of a legally compliant operation of a registered association is not possible

Within the framework of events of the Lazarus Union, video recordings and / or photos can be made. By participating in these events, the participants are agreed with the publication of these recordings.

If no information is received by us on this date, this will be considered approval within the meaning of the provisions of the GDPR.

We thank you for your understanding
